3. Machine structure
- 4 sets of unwinding units for timing unwinding and the finished rolls will be produced in two channels.
- The folding unit is made with 304# stainless steel and can be controlled with handwheels for easier adjustment.
- 1 set of timing driving units to ensure stable and constant material running.
- The steel to steel embossing unit with heating function can emboss on the products.
- 1 set of zig-zag cutting unit driven by cam. It features stable and faster running.
- 1 set of electronic counting units that ensures offset output. It will be easier to count and pack.
