On Tissue Paper Roll Cutting Machine

To build a complete toilet paper production line, there will need a rewinding machine, a cutting machine and a packing machine. Among which, the cutting effect and quality play an important roll for the quality of the finished products.

In operation, pls pay attention to the following rules:

1. The cutting machine must be well connected to the land wire.

2. The cutting machine must be levelly placed to prevent any viberation in working. 

3. Under normal working condition, the wheels will run parallel with few noise. If detects much noise in operation, pls stop the machine and check the bearings.

4. The cutting blade must work horizontally in cutting. 

5. High quality cutting blade enjoy long service life,high endurance and accurate cutting.

6. The sharpening of the cutting blade must be carefully and routinely carried out.
